Our team went out and kicked off the season over at Santa Ana High. We won our first match against Oceanview High 57-18. Then we went up against the home school, Santa Ana, and won 52-18. Our team wrestled hard, but unfortunately lost Aliso Niguel 42-24. Western came back against Trabuco Hills, and won 55-24. With the season just beginning; Western started out placing third at the tournament. Go Pioneers!
