A brief history of the Western High School Alumni Association
The Western Alumni Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization EIN 46-2146331
Alex Fogel, class of 1974, started the first Alumni Association in 2004. Dennis Painter, class of 1961, began a new Association in 2009, and Ron Flores, class of 1965, got Western and the Anaheim Union High School District to recognize it as the official Alumni Association.
Our Mission
Our mission is to advocate for Western High School and support both the school and its students. Through the dedication of our alumni community, we strive to enhance educational opportunities, provide financial assistance, and foster a lifelong connection among past and present Pioneers.
